Wise Workforce Strategies is a Workforce Management consulting company devoted to helping contact center professionals make the most of their people, processes and technology.
Rebecca Wise Girson, founder of Wise Workforce Strategies, Inc., has been in the contact center industry for over 20 years. During this time, she’s been a user, a buyer, a trainer, a seller, a marketer and an “evangelist” of WFM technology.
Most recently, Rebecca was the Solution Marketing Director of workforce and performance management solutions at NICE Systems where she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy for back office technology. Prior to that, Rebecca worked directly with contact center clients of all sizes and vertical markets in her role as manager of IEX Corporation’s Solutions Engineering team.
In addition to her enterprise technology experience, Rebecca also has significant operational experience. She began her contact center career at AT&T Universal Card Services where she participated in the evaluation, selection and implementation of WFM and predictive dialing technology. She also held a senior management position at Convergys Corporation, where she oversaw WFM functions for clients like Dell and Microsoft and helped to establish WFM teams in India and the Philippines.
Through these various roles, Rebecca has helped contact center professionals all over the world better understand (and implement) the art and science of effective workforce management. She is known for her energy, passion and irreverent, entertaining demeanor, and for her desire to truly help people get WISE about their workforce.
